Delete your Evengo account
Evengo is an app published by Zacharie Seiler. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, without giving a reason.
From the app
- Open Evengo and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- At the very bottom, tap Delete my account.
- The app shows what will be deleted. Confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app
Write to contact@evengo.ch from the email address of your account, stating your Evengo username. We delete the account within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
What is deleted
- your account: email address and password;
- your profile: display name, username, picture, bio, language;
- your friendships and the list of accounts you blocked;
- your participation in events: attendance replies, votes, declared rides;
- the photos you added to albums;
- your device identifier and your notification settings;
- the events you organise, with their polls, lists and album.
What is kept
- Events you organised whose album holds other people's photos. They remain accessible to their participants, with no organiser and no link to you. Only your own photos are removed from them.
- Items you added to an event's shared list stay there, without your name.
- Backups may contain your data for up to 30 days, the time it takes them to rotate.
- Technical logs held by our hosting providers are kept for 30 days at most.
